True, but weren't they all coupes?
Either way, it seems Ford and their aftermarket partners slap a different coat of paint on it, throw some wheels on it (and they seem to get uglier each time), and maybe a stripe package, and suddenly, it's a "special edition". Many times, they don't even do any performance upgrades.
I'm all for more American muscle, I really am. I just think that too many "special editions" dilute the "specialness" of American Muscle.
Edit: I just noticed you mentioned the Hertz version....you are right. This one is a Hurst version. Two different companies.
