I had both op. It depends on what you are looking for as far as useage.
They both get shitty fuel mileage but both are about as fast (tundra cuts off at 110). My Tundra is a 16 4x4 platinum crewmax with a lift and 33's. Very smooth, comfortable, and looks amazing. I get plenty of compliments and it pulls my enclosed 28 ft trailer ok although fuel takes a huge hit.
My previous dd was a 2013 grand cherokee srt. Could not tow, kind of limited on what you could haul. 0-60 was amazing and put a shit eating grin on that could not be wiped away til you hit 105 and it fell on it's face lol. Fuel mileage was around 15 combined.
For me I prefer the Tundra as they perform somewhat the same (straight line 0-70) but the tundra is more spacious inside, has an actual bed, and full time 4wd if you opt. For me a truck is useless in 2wd (a complete waste). I average 13 combined in my tundra and can tow if need be. Both are not price friendly but that is not the question I'm assuming lol. Hope this helps.
