Interesting, however...
How does a car dealer force someone to buy a car they don't want? Seems like the only thing they could do is lower the price of the gas sipper down to where someone would buy it, but this still is not forcing the sale.
The only way to force someone to buy a car they don't want is to raise the price of fuel so high that people can't or don't want to feed a gas guzzler anymore. Kind of like what's happening right now!
