I haul trailers at least once a week, take it off road with kayaks in the back to get to good launching points, tow people that break down, haul pallets almost every other day, put cages in the back when transporting stray animals to shelters, help friends/family move, and use the tailgate to sit on when drinking beer with friends in the parking lot. It has become a necessary tool for me and a mobile tool box for almost any emergency conditions.

IMO, a car is great for going places in style and comfort, but a truck should be utilized as a tool. Every man should have one tool in their possession, what better tool than a truck!
