Maybe some little 95 lbs girl may see it, but at my 230 lbs, my eyes would never see that. I would probably offer you a sandwich or a protein drink, thinking you haven't eaten in days.
Even if you lose 10 lbs of fat, and gain 10 lbs of muscle, you wouldn't look that different, because 10 lbs spread over your frame will not increase anything more than 1/4". Then, based on your diet, it would probably take a few years to gain that 10 lbs of muscle.
So again, what are you goals, size, strength, fit, lean, etc? And getting bigger and smaller waist is not how this works....lol.

I would love to have something like an NFL Wide Receiver's body, not a linebacker but an athletic looking physique.
The beefcake reference was a stretch lol.
But I'm confused though on what to do, I have a rather high amount of bodyfat and I'm also pretty skinny and lightweight.
I'd prefer to be around 10% bodyfat or so at roughly 175-180 pounds, but yeah I definitely see what you're saying. Overall I'd love to be heavier with a lower bodyfat percentage.
