Also - Here's what I just pulled from Mclaren's website.
DIN Weight - 2,927LB
DRY Weight - 1,230KB or, 2,706LBS.
So, with fuel/fluids, it gains approx. 221LBS and it has a 19 Gallon fuel tank.
The Ford GT has a 15.2 gallon fuel tank and from the "estimated" dry weight of 2,980 LBS, it somehow gains over 300LBS per your formula with a smaller tank compared to the Mclaren 675LT.
