Active Valve Exhaust was I believe how Ford Racing referred to the M-58 exhaust that was adapted from the '99 FR500 in their catalog.

Magneride is what Delphi calls the suspension that Ford in licensing. Magnetic Ride Control is simply GM's trademarked name for this suspension type.
