Assuming you can fit the bill at $5k over sticker for it, I say counter offer him at sticker price, if he goes for it sweet you saved 5 grand! if not just buy it for the $5k over. And then I'm coming up there to see your garage haha
Also did you take your GT3 to Absolute Perfection for some work? they have pictures of one that looks just like yours on their FB page.
