For the same reason Ford isn't doing anything like this. Or Dodge, or any other manufacturer: they don't like to sell things that they expect will break while covered by their warranty.

I've never seen it from an OEM (for good reason, too many variables at play) but every now and then you see dealer/shop collaborations that upgrade cars advertise wheel horsepower. Its rare, and I can't remember who I've seen do it but I remember it happening -because it stood out in my mind as being the exception rather than the rule.
