The best advice I can give you, is Google "build thread" and camaro5. Google indexes this site much better than we do.
Next advice, relax, grab a beer or three and read, read, read. There are a ton of great people here and even more info. That being said, enjoy the reading and don't be too quick to pick one thing. Just when you think you have found what you want to do, you WILL read what somebody else has done and go Oh Damn... so don't spend any money just yet
