Try this. To avoid having to try to converse with someone with a great big ole red dot in the middle of their forehead when calling customer support, press for espaniol when prompted. You will be directed to a call center in the SW US. When they say ola, you say, "I'm sorry. I must've pressed the wrong button. Do you speak English". Well, of course they do, and you will be able to understand each other much better. This actually works, at least it has for me. Just don't call directly after lunch, lol.
