Racism is just a single aspect of a broader behavioral element that can be traced to every culture in the world. When people don't divide on lines of race simply based on a singularity of race in their country, they'll divide on what ever sets them apart. One race or group, doesn't have a monopoly on that. I grew up in a pretty diverse part of Houston, I learned every culture can be pretty racist towards others.
