And no...the SRA Mustangs didn't handle AWFUL when going around corners, I've driven my fair share of them. Would they get unsettled when hitting a bump or uneven road at speed in a corner? Sure..most cars will.

The numerous clips of Mustangs wiping out are because they're cheap and have a lot of power for the dollar value, and people likely didn't step up slowly...IE going from a 260 HP SN95, to a 300 HP S197, then a 400+ 5.0 S197...they go right from a Focus to a Mustang.
yea yea..typo felony in model year. Next up spelling and grammatical errors.

The Mustang I speak of was 700HP...and I do have curved track experience. It was HP overkill, but as far as handling goes, the 2014 and earlier model GTs were using an outdated rear setup (whether stang owners admit it or not) - the new IRS was proof it needed to catch up with what everyone else already had. I grew up on Mustangs and still have a soft spot for anything Shelby.

If people dont think the newer stangs handle better, then they have no experience to compare against and are just posting out their rear. Its night and day difference. Id venture to say Ive had far more Mustangs over my lifespan than the mass majority.

Independent testing still shows that Camaros can handle better even on the new 2017s. Its not my opinion, its others far more knowledgeable than myself. Both cars have different strengths, so not meant as a pissing match on which car is better.

Ask a Mustang owner to drive a Camaro and he/she will go blind from lack of visibility - just trying to even up the insults.
