And no...the SRA Mustangs didn't handle AWFUL when going around corners, I've driven my fair share of them. Would they get unsettled when hitting a bump or uneven road at speed in a corner? Sure..most cars will.
The numerous clips of Mustangs wiping out are because they're cheap and have a lot of power for the dollar value, and people likely didn't step up slowly...IE going from a 260 HP SN95, to a 300 HP S197, then a 400+ 5.0 S197...they go right from a Focus to a Mustang.

Nor did they work their way up gradually learning to apply and control the power their car puts out.
