Well, this makes it a little more understandable. Salesperson may not be that familiar with the Camaro.
The C6 Corvette uses an OTR intake, and different exhaust set up. Not sure which, or if there is a difference in accessory set up that accounts for the additional 10 BHP.
Come to think of it though, I don't think I've seen a RWHP comparison of the 6spd C6 Vette vs the 6spd LS3 Camaro. I wonder, because at the launch of the Gen6 Camaro, someone did dyno pulls of the Gen6 vs a new C7 and the Camaro came out with a few more ponies at the wheels.
