I just read this and immediatly went out, found a long deserted road and floored it at 7mph in S mode to about 90mph and then put it in neutral to slow down naturally till about 55-60 mph, then i ran out of road so I had to break... i did this about 11 times just now... Is it to late to still seal my rings correctly being it already had 470 on it before I did this? Hopefully not :( , and if not, should I repeat this everyday for the next week or so? or how long should I continue this for?
I also plan on changing my oil from the factories at aroudn 1200 miles, I assume thats ok?

Just load the engine for a couple days. Go out and have some fun while your breaking in the engine. You also need to reset the TPS and maybe even the PCM itself. Read the L99 fuse pull thread. Reset and go lay into some more.
