I had fun in my v6, but nothing compares to a v8. I'm a Camaro guy, so I love all Camaros, but having buyer's remorse is no joke and I had that. Very happy with my ls3, so please stop using those excuses and keep it real with yourselfs. Again, no shade to the v6 guys, just stating some facts! Anybody out there feel what I'm saying? Chime in and let me know. Thank you..

Sounds good. Since I only have a v6 are you going to buy my a v8?

When I was looking there was only one Camaro available in the city. I bought it. If you truly like these cars you'd realize a V6 Camaro is better than no Camaro.

It was also a bit on the high end of my budget, so paying any more for a V8 wouldn't work for me. Add in the small cost of insurance, and that right there would have meant I couldn't get it. So what should I have done? Got it and then not be able to make payments? Or choose not to eat, or choose not to put gas in the car? Or should I have bought the car I could afford?

Gas milage. I really don't know about the gas milage on the V8 but on mine I do OK. Yes, it's a sports car and we don't buy then for the milage, but when (if) I'm driving nice and normal I get close to the same milage as my last 2 vehicles, one was a 4 banger. Even on a recent trip to another city, I used $10 less fuel than I did in my last car.

And guess what? My 323HP is still quite a bit. I can take all the ricers at the stoplights. On the 1/4 now that I got the launch figured out, I can so OK (a stock vehicle won't beat a car setup for drag racing.)

So ya, if you think there's really no excuse for us to have a V6, then by all means send my the money to get a V8. Until you pay for someone's vehicle, you truly have no right to an opinion on what they drive, be it a smaller engine Camaro driven by a plaid vest wearing, mullet headed Bud drinking redneck, or a fart canned, stickered, park bench winged ricer, or a Dodge minivan with car seats, toys all over and barney in the DVD player, or a crowd eating Mustang.
