If I paid that much for a car, I would expect that level of service. Regular techs can't even seem to avoid damaging your car during something as trivial as an oil change.
IMO, this is pretty standard treatment for super cars.
Edit: the $30k service upgrade is a cost to the dealers, not the buyers. They have to have specially trained techs, special equipment, and a devoted clean room just for this car.
