In my less than three weeks of ownership, I'd say the lack of storage, cubbies, change holders, and especially door water bottle holders, are things that I've noticed I miss the most. Should also note that in my VERY limited use of Android Auto I have been less than impressed. I do need to use it more to make it useful I suppose.
