Of your list, the only one I'd even consider is the Yukon.
Newer Land Rovers are some of the worst vehicles on the market. Unreliable, hideously expensive to fix, and they depreciate in value like you wouldn't believe. Most of the same applies to the X6. Not terribly reliable and BMW parts will kill your wallet. Not to mention even simple things like replacing a battery require programming and a visit to the dealer.
As for the Jeep, I just don't have much faith in Fiat-era Chryslers. Seen too many almost new vehicles have problems. I will say the Overland Grand Cherokees do seem nice, and the adjustable ride height system is cool, but I just see all that as crap that's going to break one day and be $$$$ to fix. But I guess working in auto service makes me a little pessimistic about those sorts of things.
The Tahoe/Yukon, 4Runner, Expedition, Explorer are all decent options in the mid to larger SUV range.
