Of course that legal action will take the next decade or so.... It would likely get upheld in Hawaii and at the District Court, and then they'd have to rely on the Supreme Court not only to hear the case, but to rule in their favor....

After last week, I have ZERO faith in the SCOTUS. sotomeyer (she doesn't deserve a capital s) is the worst excuse for a Justice in all of recorded history. I told the District Attorney I no longer need to follow the law since I'm going to carry around a print out of her idiotic statements since she's supposed to be THE authority.
