I think Season 7 will be Dany and her coalition vs the Lannisters; Jon Snow and the Tullys and the Knights of the Vale vs the Lannisters - with Littlefinger trying to mess things up for Jon. A reunion with Arya - but I think she's off to King's Landing first to kill Cersei.
And season 8, the Targaryens (Dany & Jon & whoever the third Targaryen is) will unite to fight the White Walkers. Perhaps it will have religious overtones with the Lord of Light and the magic The Wall has. Maybe Jon will ride a Dragon.
Those are my best guesses but they never follow rules on this show......
