Since I owned one for 3-1/2 years in the early to mid seventies I'll have to say the Boss 429. The Boss 429 had one of the nicest looking motors also. I learned a lot about mechanics and cars as a teenager as this was my first car. The Boss was unreliable. The modified '69 Z/28 I had later was my favorite though. In 1973-74 during the gas embargo the muscle cars were less than half of what they were new. When people I went to high school or I hung around ask me if I wish I kept it, I say, "for the money".
