It's actually the house I mostly grew up in & the place next door. They're in OR, friends of mine are renting them currently hoping to buy someday but it may be a challenge to get that to happen any time soon. I don't really want to be getting into a 3rd property until they're both off my hands. I bought the house next door when we grew out of the first one, but most of the usable land was on the first one so we kept it and just rented the house & kept the horses out back. 1 1/2 acre between them one has a oversized 2 car garage a couple of mechanics / hobby racers have built a lot of cars in (nothin fancy). It's where I got my wrenchin upbringing
