It depends on the card if you have the no annual fee card it can be used on just new vehicles, they have a car with an annual fee that you can use towards service. I have around $1550 left after using my points on a car 3 weeks ago and trust me I would have loved to have used the balance on accessories.

Sucks you cannot I think it's pretty stupid not to let us use the points we earned on accessories or service.
