Just curious.. I was thinking about this and what started it all for people.
I'm a young guy but when I was still a baby my father had a white 78 camaro. There is pictures of me sitting on the roof at 2 ish years old. I even fell off it one day. Last thing I saw was a bright white camaro before I hit my head so must have seen the light then.

ever since then I've loved them. He also had a blue 79 z28. A 66 gold Le Mans. A lot of classic muscle cars when I was growing up. Back then they were just Junkers no one wanted in the early 90's. Weren't collectable yet and just fun cars and hot rods. I have tons of memories of riding in that Le Mans with no air conditioning and the same with the camaro. South FL and a cigarette plug fan going. My father always liked the late 70's camaros and owned a decent amount of them. I've been in the car hobby all my life.
As my first car my father helped me alittle to get a car from his friend. A 1992 z28 camaro. 350 car. It's red. I still have it. Wouldn't sell it for the world. I've also owned another red 1991 z28 with 11k miles on it. I sold it. A 1992 heritage edition RS with 80k miles I sold. A 96 z28 with 40k miles a girl ran a red light and totaled it for me. The first new car I ever bought in my name and not for the business was my 2014 camaro SS. I actually bought my father and gave to him a 98 formula ls1 firebird since he has always wanted one and couldn't afford to get one. That car has 77k miles, super hawk hood. Z06 wheels etc. great car he has had it 3 years now and loves it still.
I have been doing this all my life, how many of you have?
My 92
My 14
The formula

My mother had a inferno Orange ss but traded it for a 2014 ctsv coupe that makes 700rwhp
My low mile 91 I shouldn't have sold
My 92 heritage edition before I put the stripes back on
The 96 that got totaled

A 79 my father had about 8-9 years ago now
94 z28 convertible he also had at the time
And last but not least this is what my girlfriend drives
A 95 mystic teal z28 with 82k miles bought from the original owner.
We are f body people here. Have always been. Don't think that will ever change
