What about Auto's?? My 2LT is a Auto, is your advice on break-in the same or is there a whole different way for Auto's?

I want my engine to perform at its BEST, and LAST.. so what do you suggest?
The transmission has nothing to do with engine break in. Both autos and manuals are broke in the same way.
