This may have already been suggested. In reading many posts, it is clear that there are some common issues:
- Dealer allocation
- Accurate dealer updates on order status
- Pricing
- how negotiable / accommodating was the dealer
- How well did they handle promotions and incentives
- How well did they handle financing
- Chevy actually shipping the vehicle
- Vehicle inspection and resolution with the Dealer / Chevy
- LPO installation
- Dealer put replaced items in the trunk
- Service after the sale
It would be nice to have our own list of dealers, a 1 - 5 star rating system, and prompts in the comments for dealers with great service of who the customer worked with so we can reward good service with future business. I would try and minimize the amount of backlash from poor service in the comments, but still allow poor performance ratings.
This would help several people find quality dealers and avoid many of the negative issues on the boards. (Yes, Becky would still get tons of business, but she too only has so much allocation)
A system like this may actually change some of the dealer's behaviors. I spoke with a dealer I am looking to flip my order to because my existing dealer has not been honest with me about allocation. The new dealer said they just got permission to be active on the Corvette boards and are looking to get more involved and review the Camaro boards. This rating system would give us the power to help make the dealer system better.

We can help remove much of the drama.
