Not to sound spoiled or bratty, but my camaro was my graduation gift from high school. My parents pay everything for it, even gas. I'm extremely fortunate. But I feel like if I would've gotten an SS from the get go, I wouldn't bother with wanting a new car.

Same here. And Louisiana has TOPS which pays the tuition for schooling in the state.
