Basically. Luckily the street that my apartment is off of doesn't flood. But a lot of areas near campus do. I remember one time last semester it was bad weather like this and I was coming back to my apartment because my fatass wanted Taco Bell. Anyway, I was taking the shorter way back to my place and I couldn't even go 20 ft on that street. The truck in front of me turned around. You know it's bad when a truck turns around.

It's been raining nonstop since pretty much Wednesday.
