Hey I'm new to the forum,I'm a disabled veteran located in southeast Kansas. I own a couple of 5th gens now but have previously owned a few other generations of camaros. I have a 2lt that I'm parting out which is why I joined here.

Question: can new members not receive PM's for a certain amount of time?
