Question Vibration in a 04 Sierra

Ok guys,

Like the title says I have a vibration in my 2004 GMC Sierra 2WD extended cab 4.8L. It is one of those seat of the pants / all over the truck things and not in the steering wheel. Thought maybe a balance issue so had the tires checked and rotated. Shop said balance was good and no change after. Thought maybe shocks but they aren't very old and it is a rapid vibration and not a bounce, so not sure if that could be it. I looked online and found one forum where a guy wrote about a similar issue and it ended up being the drive shaft carrier bearing. I am thinking of having it changed along with the u-joints due to the age and having 130k miles anyway. With all the info and help I always seem to get on this site for the Camaro I figured I would see if anyone might have some thoughts. Thanks for any help in advance!
