I really hope to make it to at least one NASCAR race this year.........
My 5K was ok, but climbing Amicalola Falls here in Georgia (1.5 miles up and 1.5 back, very steep) was NOT a good idea after........the only thing that saved me was the wine I consumed at the winery after that. Took me 2 days to recover...
