Originally, A-B fought the merger offer 'cuz it was too low at $65 per share. InBev threatened to buy shares directly from shareholders. The board met with InBev again, and to my surprise recommended sale at InBev's $70 per share offer. Just great. Another piece of American history sold to some foreign investor. Did anyone know the brewery in St. Louis is on the Federal List of Historic Places? Hell, why not sell the Arch while we're at it? This country is going to hell in a handbasket thanks to SELL-OUTS. Just like Brian France and his sell-out of Nascar for toyota's CASH. Maybe GM well sell-out to toyota next, and I can jump off a bridge rather than watch the total demise of what was once the greatest country on earth. Thanks, SELL-OUTS.

I'm with you! This is preposterous. I want my Budweiser. I have 2 cases in my college fridge right now, and I'm considering pouring them out for some STL Rolling Rock or KC Boulevard. My first beer was a Bud. And I'm from STL too.
