I believe that was a drone with a camera attached to the bottom of it. I saw one of those six months ago back when I was living with my parents, but now I live in the middle of nowhere with my uncle. I brought up the idea with him and his neighbors, and they thought it would be a good idea in the summer. They are really cool, just saying.
