I have been in a few Toyota and a few Scion models over the years. Toyota has never been impressive to me. They do a good job making a reliable car for someone who wants little to no maintenance with decent gas mileage. The interior is very lackluster. The car settings also are very lackluster. They have two options for each and have to be set by dealer mostly. Was in a 2010 Camry temporarily during my divorce. Lexus is overpriced Toyota's.

Scion on the other hand has been very unimpressive and I know the Subaru version of the FR-S is slightly better so not shocked there. The local Scion dealer here is a pain and very rude to customers. Also, Toyota made it so only certain people can sell them by attending training and all this other stuff as it was explained to a friend one day when trying to buy one. He did not buy one because of how difficult it was to get one.
