They don't by definition. They are exotics yes, supercars are meant to be the cream of the crop at that time.

The 650S isn't, the P1 is (even says this in their literature).

The 360 Challenge Stradale and 430 Scuderia aren't either. According to Ferrari their supercars are the (288) GTO, F40, F50, Enzo Ferrari and LaFerrari.

And the Gallardo definitely isn't.

Next year I will name it Exotic Car Interiors of 2016
