Well..yes and no. Yes because it's yet another electronic system to have bugs...no because it's not like ignition, fuel and cam timing systems are not already electronic..
If we were going from an old school distributor-cam-carb'd motor to a nearly all electronically controlled motor..I think I'd be much more nervous
