Just want to revive this thread with a question, I have a subwoofer with the backplate in the picture below. Can I get any speakers and make them work for a mini computer sound system? Should they be nonpowered speakers? I don't understand this...at all. Looking for some affordable recommendations. The "Line in" RCA plug things have the cord running from my computer to the speaker. Am i doing this right lol?
