I don't think it's a bandwidth problem as there are clear signs that the site is "working" with the "too busy" messages.
Definitely time for an upgrade as well as some cleanup (why expose your VBull version to potential attackers?). Curious what the monthly nut for a site like this is...if I were the site owners/admin, I'd just move it into Amazon AWS and call it a day.

I think that could be the issue.
This site is getting on the side of annoyingly slow as of late. I'm sure the influx of additional Gen 6 interest isn't helping, but I can't see that being the sole reason.
I mean...being in IT myself (Mostly RPG, and .NET application and web programmer) doesn't mean I'm a forum expert, or a DB expert, although I have work experience in both areas. This could be a bandwidth issue, or it could be an efficiency issue. If these three sites are running on a single SQL server instance for example, the amount of data traffic required for the three sites could simply be more than what it can handle. Could need some extra horsepower so to speak,and load balancing.
Hope they can make some improvements soon.
