New memeber here - just bought a new to me 2010 SS1 with 47K miles, dealer trade in. Heading to my local Chevy dealer to get a complete list of what this beast has via the VIN. Once it stops raining I'll post a pic.

Some questions for the more experienced members:

1. The PO installed a Corsa exhaust system (sounds awesome btw) but I do get some popping on decel - is this normal or should I have it looked at. I know on my Harley it would mean check for leakes or a fuel/air mix issue but bikes and cars are apples and oranges, so...
2. Little bit of a lope at idle, not a miss and no hesitatin on accel and cruise is fine. Thinking this is normal for that big 6.2L V8 but just checking.
3. What's with the 1st to 4th thing? I read about it in the owners manual (yes, I read the manual cover to cover) so I know not to ignore it, but what is the back story if any?

Not happy to hear about the rash of thefts in the Bay Area, having an alarm installed by the dealer today - considering locking lug nuts.

Any suggestions, gotta haves, local meetups or suggested drivig courses would be appreiated.
