I knew that most were scams, and that most here in the US were shut down shortly after they opened... I assumed Iwould have to buy out of the US.
Buying a ZL1 and modifing the engine is not what I would consider a super car, but yes the Camaro is a very nice car. Thats why I have one. Just not the same as owning a Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc...
I have looked at the kit cars from Factory Five. Was actually considering that they may be one of the only options. Their Super Car looks very nice and it would allow me to put more money into the engine and suspension. $20-$40k is not all I am willing to spend, that has just been the average that I could find. To me that is much more reasonable than $250k. If I then drop another $30-$40k into it I could walk away with a car that performs just as well and looks as good for less than 1/2 the cost.
