Exact opposite here. I only like the offerings from chevy and I've had many different types of work trucks. Interesting. Seems like my customers are loving the Ford and Nissan offerings mostly because of the tall roof options. As they can then work in their van while standing up.
Not only that, but it sure is a hell of alot easier helping them load the vans when you can climb in without having to duck
