yea, I lost about 30% mpg, but it was
near 30% cheaper ( 2006 )
I would rather burn American Corn (for now) than OPEC oil, and work on the alternatives for making E-85.
There is the propane/ natural gas option for some cars; If we can go back to the 70's, we had a propane capable Ford pickup.
