If I don't have any suggestions, explanations, or other insights as to why you're having a problem or how to fix it, I'm not going to pop in, shrug my shoulders & say 'I dunno'. Why? Because I find those kinds of people very annoying. Either help, or stay quiet. Saying you can't help just wastes everybodys time.
If I didn't care about forum members I'd be a dick and tell them 'nope, can't do anything, tough luck' when they ask for help. Actually, if I didn't care about forum members, I wouldn't be checking this section multiple times a day in the first place. Now that I think about it, if I didn't care about forum members, I wouldn't be volunteering my time to moderate this site at all.
