I did, some 4 years ago. For a while I thought it might be complete vapourware but its coming along.
I've played around with the free demo software a bit, I remember building a 350+ hp NA 4 cylinder once. Don't think I've had it running since just after 1st version of the body styler came out though. Looks like they've got just about all the major elements in place now
