Seems the FCC is fed up with the complaints (hundreds of thousands) and since they are basically powerless to stop them, they are now releasing the robo-callers caller ID's. Talk about turning the tables...
If you have the correct software and know how, you can 'hack your own cell phone' and block robo-callers yourself;
