Actually I heard on ESPN Tech's athletic director and Mike leach agreed it would be better with the schedule they had to move the Texas Game to week 3 because if there was a game they possibly could lose it would be that game not saying they will. Losing earlier in the year is better than late Leach put it.
Texas agreed for the switch because it would be good competition before oklahoma plus after the road stretch of OU , OKIE St and Colorado an easier game would fit the team before heading into any further games. In the past few yeas Texas was tired going into the last game.
Both teams agreed but Tech brought it up first. Happened back in May if I remember.
I will give Tech one thing its better to be in tech than collie station atleast there you have parties and the women other than that you got Hot wind and Dirt lol

I can see how that can make your weekend lol not much happens in Lubbock to talk about
besides winning a national championship I can't remember the last time a Texas or Oklahoma Team charged the field lol
I guess we are used to winning BIG GAMES. Yall won fare and square and had the right to brag for a year we had our chances. Now we get another shot at getting back on a winning Roll.
