I know I have an older computer, but it works, or at least it did work well. Suddenly Microsoft Dotnet 4.0 no longer works and will not delete or reinstall. I cannot update my Garmin or my new SCT X4 because Dotnet 4.0 is screwed up. Looked on the internet and find the masses are all having the same problem. I know XP is now defunct but I think Microsoft purposefully crashed this .NET program to prop up slumping computer sales because people are going to tablets and handhelds. I like many others will now need to go buy another computer just to update my tuner and garmin. Cannot do it at work because the company has blocked all personal use. I used it for email, online shopping and not much else so it was fine and still would be if they did not do this
Oh well. I guess I need to get a laptop anyways. Could have saved the money towards a cam......
