Rear brake drag on my Regal GS
Yesterday I had to remove the rear tire on my '14 Regal GS because a bolt went through the tire. While it was jacked up I noticed the wheel was not turning freely. With the tire off, turning the rotor was VERY hard to do. You can also hear the dragging of the pad to the rotor. I checked the other rear wheel and its doing the same thing. The e brake is off. I took a video showing this. In the video I am turning the pretty hard. Is this normal ?
